This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Quarrill of Peters Hill Doctors Common London lamp manufacturer after payment of all my debts I give the whole of my property both real and personal to my wife Elizabeth Quarrill for and during the term of her natural life except a legacy of £100 sterling to Elizabeth wife of Thomas Sharp for her own separate use after my wifes death I ? my ? estates in which I now reside together with it my freehold estate at Berkenham in Kent to my son Ruben Quarrill his socirs and at ajoutus for cocz and the rest of my property after my said wifes death I give et al bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Davis Quarrill and for her own absolute use and benefit I nominate roustitute and appoint my said wife Elizabeth Quarrill sole at the executrix of this my will and guardian of my said two children during their et al minorities in witness which of I have accounts oct my hairs and seal this 30th day of February 1837
