Information from Jane - buried in Kirk Merrington churchyard where she had overseen the burial of all her brothers an sisters with the exception of one (Sarah Edit). She was known by her nephews as"The Dowager Duchess" and is remebered as quite intimidating although from photographs, she has a kindly face. She didn't have children of her own but doted on the nephews who survived. She was one of 10 children but from them, there were only 9 children born and only 4 survived into adulthood. Two of those children lost their mother when they were in their teens so she stepped in
